you get interviewed by a person of HR first, basic stuff, work experience, interests, what makes you look for a new job, etc, after that you have to do 2 technical exams on site, it might take you upto 2 hours to complete both, if all goes well you get schedule to have a 1 on 1 interview by the department manager, where it goes into technical questions, experience with different technologies, and a small exercise.
