The quality of the people involved were exceptional at every level, they were very friendly, patient, and reassuring throughout the process, and gave genuinely useful feedback at every level of the process. Freetrade are the only company out of around 15 interviews to offer and even reply with a feedback interview, which was genuinely helpful and left a very strong impression on me. The talent partner offered to connect and help if I have any questions during my job hunt. I had a screening call, a hiring manager interview with a basic LC easy challenge (potentially easier), and a live coding pair programming interview. I think there are more stages but I didn't get past live coding. Only negatives I have are that there was some rushing during the live coding where I received maybe too much help, which showed that I lacked confidence in Flows, coroutines, and testing. However I have taken forwards that preparing for an interview to have the info I already knew fresh in my mind will make me succeed next time.
