Started off with a few friendly warm up questions and then a few questions focussed on Freeths. This is where I think I struggled, asked who their competitors were and why Freeths in particular. The majority was competency questions, as expected, pick good examples and it is fine. Then finally a business orientated question which was what tips could Freeths take from other businesses to be successful.
