Recruiter reached out & set up a HR Screen. It went well and the next interview was scheduled for a week later with a member of the Internatioal Operations team. This too went well and I was told that I could expect to hear from them within 2 weeks but they are quick and it will likely be sooner. 3 weeks later I am invited to Hamburg to interview the subsequent week and present a case study to 3 members of the International Operations team, including the interviewer from the previous round & the Head of International Operations. One interviewer who was supposed to be there and was in the office wasn't present during the presentation/interview. I was asked a variety of questions based on my approach to the case study, experience in adjacent businesses & a few scenario-based questions. I thought it went well. 2 weeks later I receive a generic email saying they won't be proceeding with ZERO specific feedback and the recruiter didn't respond to my request for details. If you are invited to interview at Hamburg, you are asked to make arrangements and get it reimbursed. Unless you follow up diligently it may not get done. Clearly this company doesn't seem to value a candidate's time or money. Beware.
