Awful! I’ve been in HR for 20+ years and these people, on top of being rude and asking illegal questions, were just everything I avoid in seeking employment. They met with me twice...flew me to headquarters and then wasted an entire day of my time because “oh, we’re so sorry, the people you were to meet just don’t have the availability...” wait, what? You asked me to fly here today...I took vacation...you ignored me for 3 weeks after and then said “what happened? They said you seemed really nervous”...well, ya. I was anxious. I’d been working in your lobby for 5 hours wondering if I’d miss my flight home and realized before I ever walked in that I’d never want to work here!
