The interview was cut short after 15 minutes by the CEO and other senior people. Very rude and had no intent to either listen to my experiences or any attention to my achievements. I understand that they need to make fast decisions but good luck finding someone for that role when you're clearly looking for someone who you will be able to "boss around". P.S I looked back months later and the role was still up. So I guess I was right.

Lengthy but comprehensible but it took an hour for me to complete the interview. The people conducting the interview were cordial and friendly. I was asked about my previous experience, interest in working for the company and what my plans were for the next five years.
