Technical included command line, data structures and algos, and SQL. It was 3 hours overall, 1 hour to work on given problem and 2 hours to discuss with the interviewers.
Culture assessed a lot of the company's values such as leadership questions.

Entrevista
Interview was face-to-face format at the George St office, and was a technical interview with basic knowledge of computer science fundamentals. I was asked to write code on paper, followed by a 2 hour session of going through the code, looking for potential optimisations.
