The HR reaches out to you after application. After the initial conversation, you wait about 2 weeks, which is a little longer than average. Then the HR updates you to wait another 2 weeks. After 2 more weeks, the Head of HR comes in, and you wait 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, they have yet to respond with anything. At this point, I'm gonna assume they're seeking someone else for the position. Just a little ridiculous that 2 MONTHS wasted with these people.
