I already donated there so I wasn't as nervous as I would normally be. Racing your winner questioned me. They didn't pressure me that much it was actually a breeze and I made me feel very comfortable. All the staff there are very kind-hearted and helpful. For an interview experience I'd score it a 10 out of 10!
