Three step process, An initial phone call, a join.me session with the recruiter, I watched a couple of videos, wrote down some questions that came to mind. I initiated a phone call back to the recruiter, we were placed into a 3-way call with an NVP who answered all my questions. Then we scheduled a face to face meeting. After which, I attended a recruiting event, signed up and went to an onboarding meeting where my training started.
