The interview process started with a video call with Sr. manager. The second round was with other 2 engineers. The process was going smoothly till this round. Then they took 4 weeks to schedule 3 more rounds of interview. There were 6 people total for these 3 rounds. After all these rounds, they took another 4 weeks to reach back and asked for references and told me that they will give me an offer soon once HR is on board. Again, after waiting for another 3 weeks, they said there will be another interview. There was no structure, accountability or complete lack of management in the entire process. The process started in August 2021 and I gave my last interview in November end. Now they just disappeared. I still have not heard back from them.
