Experienced the worst interview process of my life. First applied in November 2018, first initial phone interview in December, second phone interview mid January, in-person interview middle of March 2019. Just a bunch of pretentious individuals assuming they’re smarter than they actually are. I was questioned multiple times about the “decisions” I made, although they came from the case provided by the team. I doubt any of them read the actual case they provided me. I was critiqued on Balsamiq design standards, although they used Balsamiq for the example they provided either case. Also only 2/6 of the original interviewers showed.

Longer interview process, but the recruiter gets back to you quickly when it comes to scheduling. I met with 4 people + the initial recruiter phone screen. They ask a lot of situational questions to get an understanding of how I would think in situations that a PM would often find themselves in. 1 live technical coding round testing SQL and Python. Everyone I met was friendly and gave a good impression of the company.

4 rounds of interviews 1 HR screen 1 behavioral with hiring manager 1 product case (X problem how would you solve - uncovering more info, working with eng, adding value) 1 product presentation (choose your own product and create an enhancement plan for a product roadmap)
