Job fair interview with H.R personnel included what hours i'd like to work, would I be able to do the job as described, my pay rate. From my own experience working in two departments for this company; I would say that it is better to not go in expecting the perfection, or promises stated.

Describe a time when you were faced with _____ situation and what did you do to overcome it? Nothing too challenging, and they aren't looking for anything top notch in my opinion.
