After a brief phone interview, I was scheduled an interview at 1:30 pm. I arrived 15 minutes early, as is usually expected in job interviews. I reported to the Customer Service counter, as I was told to at the end of the phone interview. They could not get ahold of my interviewer until a few minutes after my interview time. She said she would be right out, and took 15 minutes to get there. The whole time I was standing near the customer service counter trying to stay out of the way of shoppers. The interview itself was pretty standard. It took place in a tiny office space in an employees section of the store. I got a response via email a day later saying they decided to go in a different direction.

I was not told where to go for the interview and was taken to the back office. I was asked simple interview questions and told I was being offered a different job than I was told.
