i cant really comment on my interview being that i was interviwed by my uncle,.. but before leaving the company i sat in on sever interviews,.. and from what i observed the only constant questions asked were
"whay should we hire you"
"do you have any retail exp."
how dependable are you? rate yourself from 1=10"
"quality of work from 1-10"
how important is being on time? rate importance from 1-10"
otherwisw,. said interviewer might add lib,.
It is very a super simple process, they call you in, ask a handful of very simple questions related to your position, and oftentimes will hire you on the spot.

I don' t remember the exact wording, but it was similar to how do you make a customer's experience the best possible, and what would you do if you found a carton of eggs in a different department, or what would you do if a customer broke one of the eggs in the carton (clean up the mess and get them a new carton, give the old one to deli associate)

Easy, friendly, not very hard, basic interview questions about experience and what if scenarios. They asked basic questions such as where I worked, if I was okay with open availability, what would I do if ____ happened, etc

Very friendly, conversational style interview. HR is keen to find friendly hardworking people to join their team. The interview process was a single conversation with HR, then the team manager. I was informed of the result within a week.
