The interview was quick. I believe that the process is much more in depth and detailed today. I interviewed over a decade ago and was hired almost immediately. I had just graduated from a pharmacy trade school.

It was very basic, they mainly asked questions about how I would act in certain situations like if the pharmacy is really busy or how would you act if you disagree with a team member. I'd really recommend asking them how their pharmacy operates when it comes to how busy they are and issues that might come up with patients or the system that pharmacy uses.

I interviewed with the HR lead, I had experience and they needed technicians so it was an easy interview, I was called back for the drug and background test the next week.
