On campus interviews, then in-office interviews. On campus interviews are purely about yourself and other topics if you branch into them. In-office questions are entirely behavioral, as in what you would do in certain situations I.e. when have you dealt within a team before

When was a time you had to resolve a conflict within a team?

Very straightforward and easy. Most to all questions will be behavioral and the partner who you are working under will interview you. Questions should be answered succinctly and are all in the realm of “How does you plan a work project and what do you do if it deviates from your plan?”. Interview is low intensity but are looking for people looking to learn.
