Had an initial interview as round 1 which was mostly technical and went for about an hour. Not too difficult but i was surprise how much they ask compare to conpetitors and at the end they ask about my salary expectations which i reasonably replied with a market rate of 7 years experience (same as my current salary range) and they could not match it. With the deep interview process they really try to get someone with a lot of experience but in return try to offer peanuts. Ive had a chat with some internal people at frazer and they do agree they tend to pay far less than the market and they can only offer job stability.

Final round teams call with 2 Team Leaders. Unseen Scenario and competency questions followed by questions about your own skills and previous experience. Good experience overall, interviewers were nice and on time. Pleasant experience
