The first interview was on zoom with the recruiter which was more to explain the process and give the company's background. The actual interview was done in person with the two department Partners. I liked that the interview didn't feel super constructed as to what questions are asked and wanting a specific answer but more so them getting to know me. However, I did feel a little grilled on my grades which in my opinion does not really translate to how you perform in the position anyways. I just explained that I worked while going to school so I did the best I could.
