Quite frankly the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. From initial apply to end process, really sums up how this company is ran - lucky escape! Initially applied on LinkedIn, provided my CV and all up to date expectations around salary etc. Received an email asking for the exact same information I had already provided another 2 times e,d salary expectations etc. Then had a “values” call where I spent 25 minutes on a call with recruitment repeating the exact same information i.e salary expectations .. again and a very brief discussion around the company. The next week had an interview with the hiring manager, which went well and then a task based interview was to follow the suit. I had a call 15 minutes after the hiring manager interview to say they were really impressed and could I do the task interview 3 working days later this is due to them wanting to complete the interview stage ASAP which meant I didn’t get the usual given time of at least a week to prepare such a task. However I was keen to proceed so I continued no problem. Interview lasted an hour and had another colleague in also, following that I was told I would hear back by the Monday (3 working days later) …. 2 and half weeks later they called to say I was unsuccessful for that role however they really liked me and thought I’d be a great fit for the team for another role (which I was also interested in). I expressed my concerns with the salary however recruitment mentioned there definitely could be scope to match my expectations and they would take that away and be back in contact. 2 chases later I had an email back saying they hadn’t forgotten about me and were just waiting for director sign off, looks like the director might have quit or taken a 6 year sabbatical at this point as after a final chase they still have not had the decency to give any form of update good or bad. To top it off I have seen the original role re advertised this morning. Good luck for any poor soul who goes through this waste of time process & joins this toxicity!! Avoid avoid avoid
