The on-campus recruiting was very smooth. One day of networking followed by an interview aimed at gauging your personality. Last came a second round interview in the Palo Alto office.

Went through the interview, told me to switch the position I applied for, I did, and proceeded to get rejected the following day with no follow up on the new position.

Two rounds of interviews, mostly basic behavioral questions and the interviews were very conversational. Overall a great interview process and the recruiters were very friendly. I received feedback very quickly.

Very conversational and not technical. Just want to see if you’d be a good fit for the firm as you can be taught most technical things. Work culture seems to be something they admire most.
