There was an initial screening interview, and then a round of interviews with three people: a recruiter, an associate and a partner. The conversations were light and easy going. It was a very smooth and quick process

The interview was very chill with no technical questions. They asked stuff like tell me about yourself and why accounting and why this company. And they are judging you on how personable you are. You should have 2 or 3 interviews. One with a recruiter then another with a person higher up.
