I first interviewed on campus. It was a very relaxed interview with no technical questions. Afterwards I was invited to visit their Palo Alto Office for an interview. It was a beautiful office and the staff I interviewed with were extremely friendly and sharp.

Two in-person interviews. First with a recruiter on campus and a second in the office in which we spoke about career and accounting interests. They were very nice and professional.

The interviewers were very personable. The process feels much more like a conversation between two people as opposed to a line of questioning, which was characteristic of other interviews I had with larger firms in the industry.

I went through two interviews, the first was a 30 minute introduction interview with one person, and the second was a 2 hour final interview with five different employees. Everyone was very friendly and informative. They made it clear they love their jobs and the firm itself. Show that same enthusiasm!
