Started with the video call with the recruiter and the team head for one hour. They made it easy and asked simple questions. Haven't told me why was I not selected though. Would love to get trained by professionals like them. Be prepared to ask them your set of questions too at the end of the interview. They have answered everything patiently. Then follow up email would be good. I wish to get another chance soon.

I got a phone interview through the company HR/Recruiter person who had my email from a previous application I think. I had a phone interview only. I described what my job at the time was (Coordinator at MPC), how many artists I was looking after, name of project, and my daily routine. I didn't hear anything for about a week/ I sent an email to the HR/Recruiter who originally contacted me to check on the status of my application and received an offer within a few days.
