      Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Fragomen en ago 2019

      Entrevista

      The first round the recruiter called me and we went over my resume. I asked him about the compensation for the role, he stated they will let me know if they decide to move on with me. I took a 40 questions test. The recruiter called me again and scheduled an interview with the manager. Again, I asked for the compensation since they were " Moving forward" with me. The recruiter James told the manager will go over that. Second round came - I spoke to the manager. He loved my answers. I ended up asking him about the compensation since thats what I was told. The manager told me that's not his task and that the recruiter James should have informed me about it. The following week I got another call from someone to move forward. I had a very difficult time understanding the lady as we kept putting me on speaker. I asked her about the compensation and she said she will find out ASAP. I got a call within 20 mins to find out the pay was way less than my expectations. Had I known the pay would be low I wouldn't have wasted my time taking the assessment or even thought about moving forward.
