Entrevista
First you get a call from HR and they just ask you a few common interview questions. Then you go for an in person interview. There I interviewed with a HR person and then 3 senior paralegals. They were very nice and asked simple questions. They really want you to stay for at least 2 years since most paralegals plan on going to law school.
First interview was a phone screening. She asked about my experience with immigration law, comfortability with commute/location, why I am looking for a new position and then why Fragomen. Explained next interview would be in person

What sort of immigration cases are you most familiar with?
It was a great process with a quick turnaround. The questions were thorough, thoughtful, and relevant. I appreciated the professionalism and efficiency throughout the interview. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
