The phone interview is the most similar to a traditional interview. Asked the standard interview questions, such as strengths and weaknesses, what you hope to gain from your employment at the company, etc. Once you make it past the phone interview, you're pretty much golden. There is an online test you have to take at that point, but I'm not sure how much weight it holds in your application process overall. I say this because I've spoken to a number of current employees who seem to have scored all over the place on this test. As long as you don't bomb it, you'll be okay. The in-person interview is mostly for personality fit.

Asked what my strengths and weaknesses are.
Asked how long I wanted to stay with the company.
There were two interviews, one with HR and then with the team in person. There was some lack of communication in the middle of the process, with the HR not knowing if they would have openings in one or another office, so that required following-up.
Very simple - Phone interview and then in person interview. I was able to get more information on the role as well as expectations. Then I only had to wait a week to hear back and let them know if I was accepting. Overall a very easy interview process.
