i got a call from fractal approximately 2 months before. HR told me to solve the test I solved it she gave me a call and told me that I have cleared the test. for a month no further contact. ... ... after a month another HR from fractal called me and told me that as I have more than 5 Years of exp no need to give a test and it's a mistake from their side and she is processing my application further. After clearing 3 rounds of interviews she told me all interviews are cleared and she will get CTC approval and release the offer. Since last week I haven't heard from her. So guys after getting a call from this company ask them are they doing any optional hiring.
