There were two telephonic interviews followed by a Skype interview. There was no substance in the interview at all. They were hiring for the position of Big data postion and they had no clue what they wanted from me. They just kept asking random PR kind of things and there was never moment that I got the feeling that I had to apply my mind to answer them. I had heard good things about Fractal Analytics before but after my interview, my views have reversed. It is another KPO/BPO set up with no direction.

After participating in nearly four rounds of interviews and waiting for almost two weeks to get feedback, I received a rejection email that seemed generated by ChatGPT.
Is definitely a company that doesn't care about candidate experience and, at least you are desperate, I would avoid interviewing with them at all cost.

After clearing their qualifying test, I had a technical round, followed by managerial round and then one more technical round. I am still in the limbo. No response from the HR.
