A three stage interview process which leads into a week of intense
training. meeting multiple directors and managers who assess you during an assessment day. Then being interviewed by the director of your division who will then are the ones who let you know whether you got the job.

It's been extremely difficult to get an interview with this company. even though you have the experience. I applied for a few roles, seeing I have the experience and have been rejected on multiple occasions.

Really welcoming environment. The interview process had lasted around 45 minuits and even though i was a little nervous it did not cloud his judgement. I am very excited to start.
