Short screening call with hiring manager that got postponed 3 times, including last minute cancellations. She arrived 5 minutes late to the 15 minutes call. Basic screening questions + talked about hiring timeline (!!!) Told me her colleague would send me the at-home technical test next Monday. Fast forward next Tuesday, still no news. I email her and found out she left the company. Her colleague finally replied saying the role got filled, while the (previous) hiring manager told me that they were at the beginning of their recruitment process. Overall very disrespectful communication... Oh and the interview questions were extremely one-way oriented and "arrogant" (they would make sure that you were a good fit for them, and not vice-versa) with no room for conversation.
