you have to take a basic test that makes sure you can do simple math. you also have to have a decent credit score. point being you shouldn't handle others' finances if you can't prove to handle your own. I did have prior experience but it didn't seem to help in the negotiating process.

A lot of communication very pleasant process. First interview was a standard one with the hr team and the second was with the branch managers which could vary depending on the branch

Takes two to three rounds for final round . Overall easy and smooth .first round is like phone screening . They send you an calendar invite for second round , they asked normal behavior and situations questions etc . Final round was with regional .

There were two interviews, one with an HR employee and one with who would be your branch manager. They asked questions involving past work experience and your personality to determine if you are driven and hard working.
