Interview took almost 2 hours though scheduled for 1 hour. The guy was so unprofessional and asked me to turn the video back on when I asked for feedback. Overall bad experience

I applied for the position and got a call from HR after 2 weeks. Had first interview after 3 weeks after rescheduling thrice. Cleared and had second round and cleared that too . Now next round was with hiring manager , as per hiring manager I will have next round with Director , however There was no response from HR and no update after no response to call and email , finally got an email after a week that I am not selected for the role . Then why was HR wasn't receiving my calls and it happened post confirming the expected CTC again after 3 round. Why would you waste time of a candidate if you don't have budget . Worst ever experience .
