I have submitted my CV to Four Seasons Health Care Group website for the published job vacancy. After few days I was called for an interview with the care home manager. After the interview, the Human Resources Manager has asked me to complete the application with the 2 employment references and a character reference. As well as he/she has requested to submit the required details and documents (Proof of Identity and Proof of Address) for the DBS check. After everything is clear. I was asked to start the job.

Very straight forward and easy.....interactive interview process with friendly panel. I was comfortable and relaxed, the whole process was less than 30 minutes. It was a swift and stress free process.

The interview was conducted by the home manager and the nurse within the care home and various questions regarding the position I applied for was asked and I answered back to the best of my knowledge
