Entrevista
Extensive process that ensures you have what it takes to represent the company well. I was hired over 5 years ago, so the process may have changed, but the process involved meeting with direct manager, department head, HR coordinator and director, and then finally the GM. I came in as an employee referral, had my first interview in March, then didn't hear back for quite some time, as there weren't any openings. In April, I was called back in and completed the interview process over the course of a couple of hours. Overall, the process was not very difficult, just time consuming.

Entrevista
Four Seasons has a well structured, multi-tiered interview process with multiple contact points from varying management levels within the organization. Each meeting was conversational by nature and the interviewers were transparent, approachable and highly professional. This was a pleasant interview process overall, which was followed by an equally impressive hiring and onboarding experience!

The hotel worked around my schedule. Due to location, all my interviews were conducted via phone and I was never asked to fly to interview in person. Very standard interview process with HR, a department head, and with the GM.
