Got called for a brief phone interview, asked all the basic questions like "When are you available" "What does customer service mean to you" That is to be expected with a hotel as expensive as this one....you have to have no life outside work and fake happy alllllll the time.

There were no unexpected questions. This wasn't my first rodeo with a snooty spa.
The spa manager who, at the time, had very little spa experience, conducted the in person interview, but the lead massage therapist did the practical, which is not always the case and was much appreciated.

I had 3 interviews. First a very quick one with HR. A week later met with the spa director and preformed a massage on the lead massage therapist. The following week I met with the hotel manager.

Entrevista
Had three interviews in one day (should have brought a snack!) they all went well and was told and made to feel, as if I was the one for them and "had the job". Waited a week or so and had an interview with corporate guy, went well enough, but I must have said the wrong thing and got a rejection email that night.
