Four phases - if you make it to the fourth phase you are likely hired.
First phase - basic experience, standard questions about why you want the job
Second phase - Strengths, weaknessed, personality
Third phase - "tell me about a time when..."
Fourth Phase - Meeting with upper management who has a very casual conversation, the interview is essentially over.

I had met them at a Career Fair. Their had more unique questions than most hotel companies. Everyone was very well spoken, well dressed and very sweet. I listened to them speak about Four Seasons at a panel and I absolutely want to work for them. They told me you typically go though 5 interviews and then they make a decision. I had two interviews in one day and I am waiting to hear back for another one. The first interview was over 30 minutes, the second one was 20 minutes.
