      Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Foundever en feb 2022

      Entrevista

      Process went as: - Call from someone to confirm your contact details (Sat) - Scheduled for Zoom Interview for the start of the next weekday (Mon/Tue) TUE - Zoom Main Session, where you'll be routed off to different rooms (Many applicants are with you) - Initial Interview with up to 10 applicants + you'll have to wait again for individual feedback - you'll be assigned an account - you'll take an assessment (long wait time as they do not have enough people to accommodate the volume of applicants) - had to resume the next day WED - continuation of assessment (depending on the account, you may need to complete multiple exams) - long wait time after completing exam, as the examiner did not provide the next step - scheduled for Final Interview later in the evening - completed the final interview, but was told that there's one more step before contract signing - promised by Final Interviewer that he'll personally send an email (account supposedly starts the very next Monday) Followed up on Friday. Sunday now and there's nothing. Pros: - Questions are easy - They have a numbering system which keeps some of the process organized Cons: - No, I don't think "One Day Process" is possible - Long wait time in between steps (hours waiting - 2hrs minimum, more or less) - Does not communicate if you're not actually chosen, just disappeared Shame on these companies that ghost applicants (the other one is KMC Solutions). We'd appreciate it more if you tell us what's up so we can start moving on.
