They were super nice and friendly. Know that they want you to be super confident in your abilities because they believe that confidence is what will help you succeed. They will talk a lot about the company culture- if you like being competitive but also having a lot of fun team bonding time it sounds like a great place. They are also only promote from within so be prepared to talk about your willingness to manage and mentor others.
