I did not get an offer but the interview process and experience were great. The panels were very comfortable to talk to, the recruiter was quick to reply, and they provided feedback on why I did not get an offer.

Had an initial screening call in December, round 1 interview in January, round 2 interview in February.
Round 2 was focused on organization’s culture and “direct feedback” model.
However, after not receiving an offer, I replied and asked if I could receive some feedback. No reply, I thought maybe they just skimmed the email and missed the request.
A few weeks passed. I write a separate email kindly asking for feedback.
No reply whatsoever.
Since this organization makes a point that feedback is so valuable, but then completely ghosts you after interviews spanning months, I figured maybe they might actually need some feedback more than I do :)
