I got there early and had to wait for around 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. They asked me a series of standard interview questions. When I gave my response, neither made eye contact with me. They were writing the entire time. It was very stilted and unnatural. They both seemed nice but I felt as though I wasn’t actually being considered from the jump.
