Met with sales manager to go over job requirements. He seemed attentive to the interview and seemed very appreciative. The appears to be a well structured company. I would advise others to look into the opportunities that FBM provides.

There weren't a lot of direct questions as it was more of an open conversation where a lot of ideas and questions were answered.

Teams call, very straight forward questions. FBM focuses on their values. Communication and Integrity are important. How do you handle change? Describe yourself. Why do you want this position? How would you move forward with cold calling?
