Since I was applying for a remote position two of my interviews were over the phone. One interview was with an HR assistant and one was with the regional manager. After that I was asked to meet with a local sales rep for my third interview. All went well and I was offered the job.

Very good questions asked, very detailed. Phone Interview, one on one, phone interview with upper management, phone offer. I clicked with the person I was interviewing with. She went over the expectations of the company and the process for hiring. She walked me to some of the stores that I would be working in to familiarize me with the brands that I would be merchandising.
