Overall a good experience with good people. Initially I was contacted by one of the recruiters on LinkedIn and later got referred by one of my ex-colleagues. Had a chat on phone with the recruiter Sonia(she is kind and makes sure that you get comfortable before/after the interview) and also my ex-colleague. The process here is a little different. They asked me to come onsite for one hour technical interview. I scheduled the interview in the following week. I looked up on internet about the company and employees. This little research made me highly motivated to be part of this team coz of their background and the problem they are trying to solve as a team. Another interesting factor to me was that the person hired for this role would be the first quality engineer as well. People here are very kind and made me very comfortable during the interview. They did not keep me wait for the result/feedback. Sonia got back to me the next day itself.
