I passed the 30-minute behavioral interview and was invited to an one hour coding interview. The behavioral interview was very engaging. The interviewer shows great interest in my perspective and enthusiastically share her experiences at Forward. The coding interview, on the other hand, was not as good. Even though I solved the problem, I don't think I passed the vibe check with the interviewer. The conversation was quite dead. I guess that's why I was rejected.

Great! Focused system design + average leetcode questions. Behavioral interview was very nice and straightforward. Systems design interview include building a scribe tool for doctors to use. Was more a paired session with the interviewer.
