So I had an initial interview and a member of the early careers team, this is after they accepted my application and I passed their online tests. After this I bad an assessment center where I had a case study, group exercise and a redo of the same numerical test. After I passed all this I had a final interview with the director of the tax global mobility team in an office. I had to do a presentation on a company or industry I'm interested in. After this it was normal interview questions and they were very nice all the way through the process they were also quite quick with it.

Entrevista
Application, test, telephone interview, AC and final interview.
Everything is virtual until the final interview.
They hire rolling basis so best to get application in early and take the earliest available slots for everything.
Presentation in the final interview lasts 5/10 mins and is based either on a topic you’re passionate about or a technical area you like.
All strength based questions and a few motivational. Ensure you know the qualifications you’ll study.

Entrevista
The process was very straightforward. First, an online assessment included SJTs and Numerical Reasoning followed by a phone interview. The questions were related to Why Mazars, Data Analysis, and the role you have applied for. Finally, an assessment center included a Group Excercise, Case Study, Presentation, Numerical Retest, and an Interview.
