Entrevista
The interview process commenced with a phone from the HR Department to conduct an initial screening. Thereafter, there was an interview with the prospective supervisor for the role which was followed by a technical assessment (case study requiring demonstration of skills relevant to the role). The technical assessment was conducted virtually. After the technical assessment, there was a final interview that focused more on personality / cultural fit into the organisation. The final stage was a background check of qualifications, credit history etc.

A demonstration of what value I would bring to the role.
There were three stages of interview. One with HR, then 2 Partners and finally 3 Partners. Experience was good. A combo of personal questions, behavioural and technical questions. Importance of margin over quality of audit was a debate.
