There is only one stage of the process, an interview on teams with both partners. The questions were focused on the previous experience and personality. Also. some technical questions were presented.
Professional and pleasant. Interviewer gave an overview of the firm, the job expectations and provide ample opportunities for interviewee to ask questions and clarify doubts. Overall a good experience and have to opportunity the view the guest area of the office.

Processo inicialmente feito online. O interessante é que a primeira entrevista não precisa ser necessariamente via vídeo e pode ser por ligação. A última pessoa parte do time de RH foi extremamente gentil.
