The first interview is over the phone, which they ask you to book via an online form.
The first interview is split into two sections, the first half being competency based and the second half is a discussion about an industry wide issue that you research prior to the interview. The whole interview lasted around 20 minutes

Short phone call with a friendly member of the recruitment team! I was then invited to a group stage but did not accept this offer. I found the interview very easy and the team member did very well at putting me at ease

Entrevista
Welcoming, good range of questions that are comprehensive. Had to deliver a presentation and then answer numerous behaviour/skill based questions. Lasted approximately 90 minutes. Previously, had to complete a Virtual Assessment Centre and an Online Interview.

Assessment Center: Attend an assessment center involving group exercises, case studies, and a technical interview to evaluate your problem-solving skills and teamwork.
Final Interview: Engage in a final interview with senior audit managers or partners, focusing on your technical knowledge, past experiences, and fit within the company culture.
