Started with 2 phone interviews, mostly technical and logistics based. I did appreciate the approach that was about 50% technical and 50% personal. Ending with an onsite interview that lasted about 3-4 hours. Onsite consisted of a 1 on 1 interview with the SAN Architect, as well as skills review. From there I met the rest of the team but it was not as technical once meeting them.
